Compensation $50,000 - $60,000 annually Based on experience Company vehicle provided Company fuel card Company-provided specialty tools and equipment Competitive benefits Opportunity for growth within one of Wisconsin's fastest-growing exterior remodeling companies What You'll Be Responsible For As a Repair Technician, you'll be the face of Overhead Solutions for homeowners needing repair services.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing roofing, siding, and exterior issues. Providing repair recommendations to homeowners. Performing repairs safely and professionally. Communicating with customers throughout the repair process. Taking photos and documenting repairs. Maintaining your company vehicle and equipment. Working closely with our office team to schedule and complete repairs. Delivering the level of customer service that Overhead Solutions is known for. Typical Repairs Include Replacing shingles Replacing pipe boots Skylight replacement Flashing repairs Roof leak diagnostics Siding repairs and replacement Fascia repairs and replacement Minor soffit repairs Exterior trim repairs General exterior maintenance repairs Qualifications We're looking for someone with: 3-5 years of roofing and/or exterior remodeling experience Strong knowledge of roofing and siding systems The ability to diagnose problems and recommend the proper repair Excellent communication and customer service skills A positive, team-first attitude Strong time management and organizational skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights Applicants should provide their own basic hand tools.
