Experienced candidates with proven leadership skills may be considered for a team captain role and receive higher starting pay as well as increased daily bonuses. As a Lighting Installer, you will be on the front lines, transforming residential and commercial properties into stunning winter displays. You'll work as part of a skilled team, using professional-grade equipment to bring our clients' visions to life. Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently install holiday lighting and decor on residential and commercial properties. Work comfortably and safely on ladders, roofs, and at various heights, adhering to all company safety protocols. Operate company vehicles to transport tools and materials to job sites. Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects on schedule and to the highest quality standards. Perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Required Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record to be insured by the company. Must be comfortable and physically able to work on ladders and roofs. This is a non-negotiable requirement of the job. Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects as needed. Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and reliability. Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in holiday lighting, landscaping, roofing, construction, or gutter installation is a major plus. Bilingual ability in both Spanish and English is highly valued. Why Work with Traditions?
