$20-$40.27/hour, based on experience About Lake Geneva Outdoors Lake Geneva Outdoors is an outdoor living company serving homes and businesses primarily around Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, with work in Madison, Milwaukee, and Illinois. We focus on aluminum pergolas, motorized screens, retractable awnings, and porch enclosures, and we also build patio covers. Beyond those core products, we take on other outdoor living work that comes up such as outdoor cleaning, refinishing outdoor furniture, and various projects that help keep the team busy through the slower winter months. We're a small, growing team, and our customers expect high-end work. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing a job right and leaving a clean site. There is a lot of potential to grow with the company. What You'll Do Work with crew and solo work, depending on projects Receive training and install motorized and fixed screens, retractable awnings, pergolas, and patio covers Program motors, controls, and remotes for motorized products Handle service calls and repairs: troubleshoot motors and existing project fixes Measure, level, anchor, and fasten into wood, masonry, and concrete Work with homeowners on site in a professional, respectful way Load, transport, and take care of materials and equipment Document jobs with photos and notes in our field apps What We're Looking For Trades experience in carpentry, construction, decking, fencing, siding, handyman work, or similar Comfortable with basic electrical and low-voltage wiring (motors, switches, controls) Comfortable with power tools and reading measurements accurately Able to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders and at heights Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Reliable, on time, and good at working with a partner or on your own

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, times vary, with some flexibility depending on the job and weather
