• 26.00 per hour, based on experience Sessa Sheet Metal Contractors, a busy and growing sheet metal company in Baltimore, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. This full-time position (Monday
• Friday 6am-2:30 pm overtime available) is responsible for the design and fabrication of customized ductwork and fittings for HVAC installations.

Work is performed on-site in our shop and warehouse facility. Qualifications 3+ years of fabrication or related trade experience; sheet metal shop experience preferred. Training available for candidates with relevant adjacent experience. Ability to read and interpret drawings and shop sketches. Experience using fabrication tools including tape measures, hand tools, and power tools. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work as part of a team. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for most of the shift. Able to safely navigate a shop and warehouse environment. Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality required. Responsibilities Read and interpret shop sketches to fabricate according to specifications. Use shop machinery to fabricate ductwork. Plan and problem-solve layouts and designs for complex duct fabrication. Work efficiently to meet production needs and operate machinery safely.
