Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced Solar Installers and motivated individuals eager to develop a career in the solar and battery installation field. Our Solar Installers play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of our solar energy systems, and providing the top-tier service our customers have come to expect.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems in accordance with relevant codes and standards. Ensure the structural integrity and functionality of solar equipment. Understand and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Liaise with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide excellent service. Coordinate with team members and other professionals, such as electricians and engineers. Document completion of projects and maintain records of installation and maintenance activities. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Stay updated with the latest industry developments and technologies. Perform system commissioning on Tesla, Enphase, Franklin, and SolArk systems.

Qualifications:

Journeyman Card Holder Preferred. Previous experience in solar installation is required. Experience with commissioning is highly preferred. Understanding of electrical wiring and systems. Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and blueprints. Strong physical fitness and the ability to work at heights. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
