Overview We are currently seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and integrity of the solar energy systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the renewable energy industry and contribute to a sustainable future. This is a full time position with overtime that will require out of town/overnight travel. You must be willing to be out of town 1-2 days a week. You must have a proven track record of solar installations. Responsibilities

• Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures according to engineering specifications
• Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar PV systems
• Assist in the assembly and installation of racking systems
• Conduct system testing to ensure proper functioning
• Troubleshoot and repair solar energy systems as needed
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations throughout the installation process Skills
• Experience in solar/electrical work, construction sites, or as a commercial electrician
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations
• Proficiency in using power tools for installation tasks
• Familiarity with high voltage systems and safety procedures
