NOW HIRING - SOLAR INSTALLERS

for a Solar Deconstruction Project Concord Ma 40-50 Hours/Week, Weather Permitting 5 Days/Week Tradeco Construction is seeking reliable Solar Installers for a ground-mount solar project. Reliability is extremely important. Candidates must be dependable and prepared to work a full schedule in varying outdoor conditions. Job Responsibilities Remove solar racking and mechanical components Use hand and power tools safely Follow project specifications and installation procedures Maintain a safe and organized work area Work effectively as part of a solar construction crew Qualifications Previous solar/PV installation experience preferred Experience safely using hand and power tools OSHA 10 preferred — assistance may be available Ability to work outdoors in cold, wet, muddy, and other challenging conditions Ability to lift 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
