We're looking for installers who want steady work and want to move up as we grow. What you'll be doing: Installing aluminum track and lights along rooflines on 1- and 2-story homes Working off ladders and on roofs Drilling through soffits and running wire through attics Splicing and connecting low-voltage wiring and power supplies Testing the system and showing the homeowner how it works Cleaning up the job site before you leave This is low-voltage work only. You won't be wiring into anyone's electrical panel.

Pay:

Paid per job, split by role. Most install days pay $160-$300. $17/hr while you're training (first 5 jobs) Pay goes up as you learn to run jobs on your own

Hours:

Part-time to start, around 15-40 hours a week. We plan to add full-time positions and will fill them from within.

What we need:

Comfortable on a 2-story roof and a 28-ft ladder Able to lift 50 lbs and work in attics Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Shows up on time and does clean work No experience needed. Entry-level and helper applicants are welcome. Experience in gutters, roofing, siding, security or AV install, holiday lighting, or electrical is a plus.
