The ideal candidate will have experience working with hand tools, including drills and tin snips, and be comfortable with working outdoors, hands-on work. This role requires working at heights on ladders and roofs in various weather conditions, including cold and hot environments. Must be able to move ladders around for long periods of time. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential, as the installer will be working directly with clients to ensure successful installations. Duties Perform installations of products according to specifications and company standards. Utilize tools and equipment effectively Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to ensure functionality and safety. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the installation process. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during or after installation, providing timely solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Document installation processes and report any discrepancies or concerns to management. Requirements Proven experience in a similar installation role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing job requirements.
