Generator Installers & Solar Installers Pay:

Depends highly on experience, ranging from $18 - $25 starting What we offer: Health Insurance

w/match Profit Sharing Paid training—no experience needed Competitive pay with opportunities for raises Supportive team environment Consistent, full-time work What you'll do: Travel throughout Southern Wisconsin assisting with generator installations. Assist with the installation of residential and commercial standby generators Prepare job sites, tools, and materials Work alongside experienced technicians to learn electrical, mechanical, and installation processes Daily communication with office staff regarding installations Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance Ensure all work is completed safely and up to company standards What we're looking for: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Be able to communicate effectively in English, in verbal and written formats. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Mechanical/Technical training and abilities are a plus but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Overtime may be required in busy season

Schedule:

This position is full time with the possibility of over time.

Schedule as follows:

Monday - Friday.
