Regenerate Works is a Phoenix floor cleaning and restoration company (est. 2018) hiring a Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner to join our field crew. The focus is tile and grout, natural stone, vinyl floors, and hardwood floors, plus other surfaces as jobs require. Experience is preferred but not needed — we will train the right person on our equipment and process. You will work on residential and commercial jobs across the Valley in a company vehicle. If you can sell — offering the right add-on service when a customer needs it — you earn commission on top of your day pay.

Our techs earn real commission:

$178 in commission alone in one recent 4-day week, on top of day pay.

What you will do:

• Clean tile and grout floors — scrubbing, deep cleaning, and sealing where scheduled
• Clean and care for natural stone, vinyl / LVP, and hardwood floors per the work order
• Assist on other surfaces as assigned (carpet, upholstery) when the job requires it
• Set up, run, and maintain cleaning equipment; load/unload the company vehicle
• Talk with customers professionally on site: explain what you are cleaning, offer add-on services when they fit (deep clean, sealing, pet treatment, extra areas)
• Follow the work order exactly: services, arrival window, and notes. Clean around furniture (we do not move furniture)
• Keep the job site clean and leave the customer with a professional result

Requirements:

• Floor cleaning experience preferred but NOT required — tile and grout, natural stone, vinyl, hardwood, carpet cleaning, janitorial, or similar hands-on experience is a plus. We provide training.

• Able to do physical work: standing, bending, scrubbing, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs
• Professional with customers: clean appearance, respectful, on time, every job
• Full-time and part-time available. Weekends are optional, not required.

• Must live in / be able to work across the Phoenix Valley Pay and perks:
• $150 per workday to start, plus 20% commission on every upsell you generate — no cap. Pay can increase depending on experience.
