Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Screen Enclosure Installer, where you'll bring outdoor living dreams to life by expertly installing custom screen enclosures, patios, and related structures. This energetic role requires a hands-on professional who thrives on precision, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for transforming outdoor spaces into functional, stylish retreats by following detailed blueprints and construction plans. Your expertise will ensure each installation is secure, durable, and visually appealing, contributing to the enhancement of our clients' homes and lifestyles. Duties Measure and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of screen enclosures and related structures Use hand tools and power tools to cut, assemble, and install framing, screens, gutters, fixtures, cabinets, and other building materials with precision Follow blueprint specifications and construction plans to execute projects efficiently and accurately Perform construction site inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols during each phase of installation Manage dimensional measurements with tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment of components Install various building materials including tile masonry, stucco, plastering, caulking, and flooring as needed for seamless integration Collaborate with team members to manage project timelines, handle remodeling tasks, and troubleshoot on-site challenges effectively Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project progress and addressing any questions or concerns Experience Proven experience in construction management, site supervision or skilled trades such as carpentry, masonry or remodeling projects Strong background in construction estimating and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints Hands-on experience with gutter installation, tile laying, stucco application, plastering, fixture installation, cabinet mounting, framing carpentry and flooring installation Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, ladder safety practices and measuring devices such as tape measures Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to outdoor structures is a plus but not required Prior construction site experience demonstrating adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining flexibility on-site Join us in creating beautiful outdoor living spaces!
