Packaging & Construction Associate Now Hiring:
4 Associates for a Special Project We are looking for 4 dependable Packaging & Construction Associates for a temporary project running October 5 through November 5.Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Temporary project: October 5-November 5 What You'll Do Assemble wooden crates, pallets, boxes, and protective packaging structures. Use hand tools and power tools such as nail guns, drills, and staplers. Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions. Measure materials and ensure assemblies meet required specifications. Safely handle and organize lumber, foam, cardboard, hardware, and other materials. Inspect completed packaging for quality and proper assembly. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all job-site safety procedures and wear required PPE. Work with team leads and supervisors to complete project assignments. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed. Requirements Previous construction-site experience is required. Prior woodworking, carpentry, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus. Experience with hand and power tools is preferred. Ability to read work orders and follow instructions. Ability to use a tape measure and perform basic math. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team.
First-Day Information First day:
October 5 Report to: VMI, Suite 200 Great opportunity for experienced construction workers looking for a temporary project. Prior wood-working experience is a bonus!
salary:
$23 - $23.01 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.
