Overview MSB Excavating and Tiling is seeking a foreman for the remainder of the season. Work consists of shed pads, ditch cleaning , footings, site prep, culvert install, new drain tile in fields, drain tile repair, misc. dirt work jobs. Job would consist of running jobs from start to finish in a timely matter and making sure its done correctly. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled foreman to join our team. with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety. This role involves working on various job sites, performing tasks that contribute to the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols. Follow instructions from supervisors and provide support in various labor tasks as required. Ability to work independently and in a group. Requirements Familiarity with job site practices and safety standards. Ability to perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A valid driver's license is mandatory. Physical Requirements Lift 50+ lbs Able to work long hours - including early mornings, later evenings and some weekends as needed. Open to travelling to various worksites within the state Work in varying MN weather conditions - including snow, rain, extreme heat or cold. Join our team today!!
