About Sir Grout:

Sir Grout specializes in grout and tile cleaning, sealing, and restoration. We are the #1 provider of products and services in the tile industry. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and outstanding quality of work. Seeking a Service Technician to help grow our growing business. We train our Technicians how to restore tile and grout, natural stone surfaces like marble, granite, slate, and travertine, as well as hard wood, to like new or better than new condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, handyman work, tile setting or floor polishing with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

• This position will start as a trainee and will be increased to a full-time position as skills and knowledge advance with provided training.
• As the Lead Technician you will specialize in restoring flooring, bathrooms, and countertops.
• Single day projects for customers in need of a grout, stone, or tile restoration for a fraction of the cost of replacement.
• Able to control your job by optional weekend jobs for extra cash, grow into a sales role.
• This is a full-time position inside customers' homes

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all quoted tasks for customers above and beyond their satisfaction
• Knowledgeable and professional in answering any and all questions for customers
• Approach customer service technique with a 'customer is always right' attitude

Qualifications:

• Tile installation / repair experience (preferred but not required).
• Stone (marble, granite) honing, polishing experience (preferred but not required).
• Prior experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, Tile Setter, or in Floor Polishing is desirable.
• Caulking experience (strongly preferred).
• Experience providing service to home and business owners.
• Friendly and motivated to please clients.
• Enjoys doing quality work and is detail oriented.
• Reliable and On-Time (very important).
• Desire to learn and grow with the company

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background test
• Must have a clean driving record
• Flooring restoration: 1 year or you must be handy Supplemental pay types:
