Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Seasonal $16 - $17 an hour 14 hours ago Benefits On-the-job training Qualifications Outdoor work experience Driver's License Full Job Description Calvert's Plant Interiors is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Installation Technician who would be responsible for the timely delivery and professional installation of indoor and outdoor plants, planters and seasonal decor at client locations. This includes new account setups, replacements, greenhouse sales, rentals, outdoor plantings and holiday installs. The technician ensures all items are properly cleaned, prepped, and installed according to company standards and departmental instructions, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver and install plants, containers, and related décor to client premises based on daily assignments. Coordinate with sales, greenhouse, and seasonal departments to complete installations accurately and efficiently. Work independently or with a team to prep, load, and transport materials safely. Ensure all items are cleaned, prepped, and presented according to company quality standards. Follow specific installation instructions and layout plans provided by the operations manager. Protect client spaces by maintaining a clean work environment and using care around furnishings and surfaces. Address client concerns professionally and communicate any issues or follow-up needs to the appropriate department. Exercise responsible handling of company vehicles, tools, and property. Support greenhouse or grounds operations as needed when not on delivery or installation assignments. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Independence of Action:
Operates with moderate independence in daily assignments. Consults and collaborates with operations manager to ensure efficient scheduling and successful execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Prior experience in plant installation, landscaping, or delivery services is preferred but not required. Prior experience in driving box trucks and transit vehicles is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided if necessary. Ability to safely lift and transport large or heavy plants and containers. Valid driver's license is required.
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of employment.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good time management and organizational abilities. Courteous and professional demeanor when working in client spaces. Ability to follow visual layout instructions and communicate effectively.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, pushing, and pulling (up to 40 lbs). Ability to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors. Climbing or working at various heights (e.g., ladders or stairwells).

Commensurate with experience, evaluated during the interview process
Pay Period:
Bi-monthly Work Environment:
On-site at a variety of client locations including offices, lobbies, atriums, residences, and commercial spaces. Work also performed in greenhouse and outdoor loading/staging areas. Must be comfortable working in varied environmental conditions and physical settings
Travel & Schedule:
Occasional local or overnight travel may be required. Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods or when needed to complete operational tasks.
