This role offers an energetic environment where you'll work hands-on with construction projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Whether assisting experienced installers or taking the lead on installation tasks, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-tier results on every project. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of natural stone materials following layout specifications Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks Support the fabrication and modification of materials as needed for projects Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols, including proper handling of tools and materials Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards and business expectations Requirements Prior installation experience a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members Dimensional measurement skills for precise installations in diverse environments Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining flexibility on-site Bilingual a plus We are looking for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a construction environment.
