Opportunity for advancement Training & development Insulation & Weatherization Installer Prospective Energy Solutions is an established energy-efficiency company serving Western Massachusetts. We're looking for dependable, motivated people to join our growing installation team. As an Insulation & Weatherization Installer, you'll work alongside an experienced crew installing insulation and completing residential energy-efficiency improvements. You'll learn the trade hands-on, receive training from experienced industry professionals, and have opportunities to take on more responsibility as you develop your skills. Responsibilities Install insulation and weatherization materials in residential homes Assist with air sealing and other energy-efficiency improvements Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment Work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and other residential spaces Prepare and protect customer homes before work begins and clean work areas upon completion Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment Follow job specifications, safety procedures, and company quality standards Work collaboratively with crew members and Crew Chiefs to complete projects efficiently Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and teammates Participate in ongoing training and develop the skills needed to take on greater responsibility

Requirements:

Valid driver's license High school diploma/GED Clean driving record Reliable transportation preferred Pre-employment screening
