Job Description

Weatherization Crew Technicians are the people who make the upgrades happen. You work in homes performing improvements that increase energy efficiency, comfort, and safety. This position in Jamestown, ND Typical Tasks Include Installing insulation in attics, walls, and crawlspaces Sealing air leaks around doors, windows, and foundations Replacing or repairing doors and windows Using basic hand and construction tools Following safety and quality standards This is Hands-On, Physical Work.
You Should Expect:
Working indoors and outdoors Lifting materials and equipment Standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing Working in tight spaces like attics and crawlspaces Being part of a crew with a shared goal You will not be stuck behind a desk. You will be learning by doing, every day. Skills That Help You Succeed You do not need prior weatherization experience. Many crew technicians start with little or no background in the field.
