We are seeking a Field Technician for high end custom homes on Nantucket. This individual will be a key part of our growing team servicing the area. Job Description Responsibilities for the Field Technician Perform construction and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment or tools as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers. Handle materials and tools responsibly to minimize waste. Adapt to various tasks and challenges in the field as required. Provide updates on project progress and any issues encountered. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
