Overview We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors or a committee, contributing to the strategic direction and governance of our organization. This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our mission and community initiatives to achieve lasting positive outcomes for all children, beginning at birth. This is an unpaid, volunteer position. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight in line with the organization's mission and values
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
• Supervise and support executive management
• Manage financial resources effectively
• Engage in fundraising and donor relations activities
• Contribute expertise in areas such as training development, volunteer management, and stewardship
• Actively participate in a minimum of two Partnership events/activities in addition to board and committee meetings
• Make at least one financial contribution annually to the Partnership Board Vacancy Needs We are currently seeking to fill a vacancy on the Board that meets a legislative requirement to have a community member who is a parent with a child age 0-5 .

Board of Directors Term Limit Members of our Board of Directors each serve a three-year term with eligibility for reappointment for one additional three-year term unless state or federal regulations mandate otherwise. Committee Needs We are also seeking to fill some vacancies on our committees for Community Engagement & Development and Planning & Evaluation. Committee members generally are not Board members. As a committee member, you provide leadership and oversight in the specific area of that committee and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors.
