Sell something people can actually see. Epik Boards places premium dry-erase specials boards inside high-traffic restaurants, cafés, and bars across the Siouxland area at zero cost to the business. We sell the ad space along the bottom of the board to other local businesses. Your job is to fill it. Twelve slots per board. Fill all twelve, collect $1000. Fill three boards a month, do the math.

You get paid on completed boards — not activity, not "leads," not effort. If you finish what you start, this pays extremely well. If you don't, it won't. We're telling you that up front on purpose.

THE POSITION

Walk into a local business and offer them a free premium specials board. No cost, no obligation, no catch. Get the referrals. Every host business knows their vendors, their neighbors, their friends who own shops. That list is your pipeline. Sell the twelve ad slots on that board to those referrals and other local businesses. Present mockups, handle objections, and close on the spot Collect signed agreements and payment in full at signing Return with the finished board and deliver it to your host location Work a board until it's full, then start the next one

WHO YOU ARE

You are comfortable walking into a business and starting a conversation. This is the entire job. If that scares you, this isn't it. You already know how to sell. We are not a training program. Sales experience strongly preferred — local media, B2B, restaurant supply, insurance, home services, or door-to-door all translate. You finish things. Eleven out of twelve slots is an unfinished board. College students welcome — if you've already got the hustle. Bring drive and people skills, not a resume gap you want us to fill. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Self-motivated. Nobody is texting you at 9 AM to confirm you're working. Thick skin. You will hear "no." The reps who earn the most hear it the most.

COMPENSATION

Commission-only, 1099 independent contractor. You are paid per completed board — not hourly, not per appointment, not per signature. $1000 per board , earned when all 12 advertiser slots on that board are sold and every advertiser payment has cleared Paid out weekly on the next payout run after your board clears No cap on the number of boards you can work Earnings depend entirely on your effort and results.
