Collaborate closely with management consulting teams and clients to design tailored solutions that support large-scale organizational change initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to communicate project progress and gather feedback. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management best practices to ensure timely execution. Conduct research and analysis to support business development efforts and identify new opportunities for organizational growth. Provide leadership in applying Lean management principles and process mapping techniques to optimize workflows and streamline operations. Requirements Proven experience in project management within technology environments, with a strong understanding of enterprise solutions implementation. Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies, business analysis, and process improvement techniques. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with executives and diverse stakeholder groups. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, data analysis, and presentation purposes. Experience working within management consulting firms or consulting environments is highly desirable. Excellent research skills combined with the ability to analyze complex data sets for actionable insights. Leadership experience in team settings with a focus on large-scale organizational change management initiatives. Familiarity with Lean management practices, process mapping, and business consulting methodologies.
