The Global Supply Management (GSM) Function is recognized as a critical function for business success. Role Purpose The Supply Chain Change Management Manager owns the end-to-end change strategy and execution for the I/O and SDM program, working in close partnership with the Supply Chain Project Manager and the IT Project Manager. This role reports directly to the Transformational Program Manager and is responsible for ensuring that new ways of working are not only deployed, but stick — moving impacted teams from initial adoption through to sustained adherence. The Change Manager leverages a range of tools and capabilities — metrics, communications, forums, all-hands, and reinforcement mechanisms — to drive behavioral changes across the organization, aligned to the program's deployment approach.

Key Responsibilities:
