Overview The Change Manager will support the successful adoption, sustainment, and continuous improvement of AI and digital products and solutions across the organization. This role partners with business stakeholders, product teams, and end users to ensure employees are prepared for and successfully adopt new technologies, features, and ways of working. The position will lead change management activities for AI and digital initiatives, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and sustainment. The role will also support organizational readiness efforts and help assess how new technologies may impact business processes, roles, and employee experiences.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute change management plans for AI and digital products and initiatives. Lead adoption and sustainment activities for new product releases, feature enhancements, and ongoing improvements. Conduct stakeholder interviews, user interviews, impact assessments, and readiness assessments. Develop communications, engagement strategies, and change management deliverables that support successful adoption. Manage and coordinate training activities, learning resources, and capability-building efforts. Lead and maintain the Change Champion Network to drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy across the business. Partner with product teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to understand impacts and adoption needs. Gather user feedback and adoption insights to support continuous improvement. Coordinate change activities across multiple AI and digital initiatives to identify dependencies and stakeholder impacts. Leverage AI tools and technologies to create content, improve efficiency, and support change management activities.
Qualifications :
5+ years of change management experience supporting technology, digital, or business transformation initiatives. Experience supporting digital product implementations, technology deployments, or organizational change initiatives. Experience with AI projects, AI enablement programs, automation initiatives, or emerging technologies preferred. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Experience developing communications, training materials, and adoption plans. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a dynamic environment. Understanding of organizational change, employee adoption, and business readiness principles. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, automation, analytics, or digital workplace initiatives. Prosci, CCMP, or similar change management certification. Experience with Agile product teams and iterative delivery environments.
