Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Payroll Functional Consultant to support payroll systems, process optimization, and cross-functional HRIS/payroll initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with

SAP ECC6/ SAP

( must have), payroll configurations, systems support, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration across HR, IT, and Finance. This role will be located in Chino, CA onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Support payroll system operations, maintenance, and enhancement activities within

SAP ECC6.

Analyze payroll-related business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. .
Troubleshoot payroll system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate timely resolution.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to improve payroll processes and system performance. .
Assist with payroll configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of system updates or fixes.
Ensure payroll processing aligns with compliance, audit, and internal control requirements.

-Support data integrity, reporting, and interface monitoring between payroll and related enterprise systems.
