Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Payroll Functional Consultant to support payroll systems, process optimization, and cross-functional HRIS/payroll initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with
SAP ECC6/ SAP
( must have), payroll configurations, systems support, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration across HR, IT, and Finance. This role will be located in Chino, CA onsite.Key Responsibilities:
- Support payroll system operations, maintenance, and enhancement activities within
SAP ECC6.
- Analyze payroll-related business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. .
- Troubleshoot payroll system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate timely resolution.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to improve payroll processes and system performance. .
- Assist with payroll configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of system updates or fixes.
- Ensure payroll processing aligns with compliance, audit, and internal control requirements.
