Job Description

Job Description Analyze operational and engineering data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for management Develop KPI tracking around productivity, backlog, utilization, project delivery, and performance Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and Leadership teams to gather requirements Document business processes and recommend process improvements Assist with forecasting and workforce planning initiatives Create executive-level reports and presentations Validate data accuracy and support data quality initiatives Monitor project performance and identify operational bottlenecks Support strategic initiatives and special projects across the organization ________________________________________
