Salary Range:

$35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Licensing Support and Guidance Leads Provided Requirements Must live in or be willing to relocate within Indiana Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic Excellent communication and people skills Self-motivated and coachable Leadership potential and willingness to learn Sales or customer service experience Clean background check Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses Responsibilities Build relationships with clients and prospects Learn sales and business development strategies Assist customers with insurance and financial protection needs Develop leadership and communication skills Work closely with mentors and district leadership Learn day-to-day agency operations and management
