Job Summary This position leads efforts towards institutional effectiveness through data management and utilization, institutional assessment, and performance monitoring systems that translate evidence into measurable improvements in student success and organizational outcomes. The incumbent brings experience in implementing strategic plans, project and change management and is key in achieving the goals of both our strategic plan and Riverland's Equity 2030 goals through the optimization of college processes and systems to promote continuous institutional improvement. Minimum Qualifications Minimum three (3) years of related work experience
  • OR•Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of related work experience•OR•an equivalent combination of education and experienced.
An associate degree could be substituted for 6 months of experience, a bachelor's degree is 12-months and a master's degree is 18-months within any of the following disciplines: strategic planning, research, organizational assessment, performance excellence or related. Strong knowledge of statistical methods, statistical analysis, computer programs and software packages. Group facilitation skills and experience. Preferred Qualifications Doctoral degree in strategic planning, research, organizational assessment, performance excellence or related. Preference will be given to those with advanced education or experience related to formal research, evaluation, and strategic planning facilitation. Experience at a Hispanic Serving Institution. Direct experience with projects related to educational equity and/or education for social justice. Bilingual/multilingual fluent in Spanish, Karen, Karenni, Somali, Pohnpeian, French, Nuer, Anuak, or other languages that reflect our student body, workforce, and communities. Demonstrated experience working with a multicultural and underserved populations.
