Job Description
About the Role Benda Infotech is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to work closely with our product, development, operations, and customer-facing teams. You will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution. Your primary responsibility will be to understand business problems, gather requirements, document them clearly, and ensure that the final software solution meets the intended goals. The role will involve working on Benda Infotech's SaaS products, including Talent Desk, People Desk, Career Track, and other business automation platforms. Key Responsibilities Meet with management, users, clients, and internal teams to understand business requirements. Analyze business problems and recommend practical software-based solutions. Convert business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Create process maps, basic wireframes, and feature documentation. Break down requirements into clear and actionable tasks for developers and designers. Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and quality-assurance teams throughout the development process. Clarify requirements and resolve questions during development. Review completed features to confirm that they meet the approved requirements. Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing before release. Collect user feedback and identify opportunities to improve existing products. Maintain product documentation, process guides, release notes, and standard operating procedures. Track requirement changes, project dependencies, risks, and delivery progress. Assist with product demonstrations, client onboarding, and internal training when required. Support the prioritization of features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. At least one year of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar software-related role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to understand complex requirements and explain them in simple language. Strong documentation, organization, and attention-to-detail skills. Basic understanding of software development processes and Agile or Scrum methodologies. Experience creating user stories, workflows, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria. Comfortable working with Excel, Google Workspace, and project-management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Trello. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage changing priorities. Preferred Skills Experience working with SaaS products, HRMS, ATS, CRM, or other business software. Basic understanding of APIs, databases, SQL, and system integrations. Familiarity with Figma, wireframing tools, or flowchart applications. Experience with software testing or User Acceptance Testing. Understanding of product management, user experience, and business-process automation.
