Job Summary:

We are presenting an opportunity for a highly analytical procurement professional to support strategic raw material planning, supplier collaboration, and inventory optimization in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a key part in improving operational efficiency, reducing risk, and supporting new product introductions through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies that improve supply chain efficiency, supplier reliability, and inventory management. Support new product introductions by managing raw material ordering, BOM development, and timeline tracking for at-risk deliverables. Analyze inventory policies, expiry risks, alternate materials, and complex raw material categories to reduce abnormal scrap and align supply with manufacturing needs. Build KPI dashboards, strengthen performance reporting, and support process improvements through analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required:

ASCM/APICS

certification or Six Sigma Black Belt. High proficiency with computer systems, including SAP, Rapid Response, Excel, Smartsheet, or comparable tools. Solid understanding of cGMP guidelines. Strong analytical, critical thinking, data science, and optimization skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable plans.
