$45-$47/hr on W2 Job Overview We are seeking a Business/QA Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to support business requirements gathering, application testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business analysis and QA processes, with hands-on experience using Python and experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude to enhance testing and analysis activities. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable testing requirements. Develop and execute manual application test cases and scenarios. Plan, coordinate, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Use Python to support testing, analysis, or other QA-related activities. Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar AI tools to assist with testing, test scenario development, analysis, or other QA activities. Ensure applications meet business requirements and expected functionality. Communicate testing results, defects, and potential risks to project stakeholders. Required Skills 4-5 years of Business Analysis and/or QA experience. Hands-on experience with Python . Strong experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Experience gathering and documenting business requirements . Strong experience with manual application testing . Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar AI tools for testing or QA activities . Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
