Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Parts / Purchasing Coordinator specializing in Aviation Ground Support Equipment (GSE). In this vital role, you will manage the procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations for essential ground support machinery used in aviation maintenance and operations. Your expertise will ensure seamless parts sourcing, efficient supply chain management, and timely delivery of equipment to support aircraft ground handling activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety, efficiency, and reliability of aviation ground support services while working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Order and source parts, materials, and supplies Obtain quotes and communicate with vendors Track orders, shipments, and backordered parts Receive, organize, and maintain parts inventory Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate freight Supply technicians with parts needed for service jobs Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records Qualifications Experience in parts, purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management; aviation, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong vendor communication, sourcing, and price negotiation skills. Familiarity with inventory/ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of automotive, heavy equipment, or mechanical parts is a plus. Warehouse experience, including forklift operation, preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with strong communication and customer service skills.
