In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing medical supplies procurement, supporting clinical administrative functions, . Your expertise will help optimize clinic workflows, maintain accurate medical records, and deliver exceptional patient service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced healthcare environment while utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of medical administration and office management.
Maintain a meticulous, real-time count of all clinical and office supplies, with a primary focus on needles, syringes, and medical consumables.
Strategic Ordering:
Manage relationships with vendors, track shipments, and ensure the office remains fully stocked while minimizing waste and unnecessary overhead.
Cost Control:
Monitor pricing trends and suggest cost-saving measures for medical supplies and office essentials.
Clinical Support & Medication Prep:
Medication Preparation:
Responsibly pull medications from vials into syringes with 100% accuracy, following strict safety and dosage protocols.
Accountability:
Maintain detailed logs of medication usage and inventory to ensure full compliance and accountability.
Safety Standards:
Adhere to all sterile processing and handling guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure patient safety.
Administrative Duties:
Support daily office operations including record-keeping, data entry, and basic administrative tasks. Organize and maintain clinical storage areas for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting is highly preferred .
Precision:
Exceptional attention to detail; you must be comfortable and accurate with measurements and dosage math.
Integrity:
A high degree of personal accountability, especially regarding the handling and tracking of medications.
Organization:
Proven ability to manage complex inventories and administrative schedules.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Excel or inventory management software. Experience Proven experience in a medical office setting with a focus on clinical administrative support or medical office management Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or Dentrix is required Prior experience in medical billing, insurance verification, and patient service is highly preferred Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), typing (10 key), and health information management software Demonstrated ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, multi-line phone operation, and maintaining organized medical records Join our team to make a meaningful impact on patient care through efficient office management and clinical support.
