M ust adhere to purchasing budgets for each supplier while maintaining proper inventory levels with an often-changing production schedule. Issue and manage purchase orders to various suppliers for production and expense related items. Ensure product availability to properly support production while managing inventory level. Coordinate efforts of suppliers with engineering to ensure effective communication. Manage supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, pricing, and product offering. Ensure completion of purchasing effort through all steps including receipt and invoice payment. Provide accurate and timely delivery information for all items or services purchased. Prepare and submit detailed reports as required. Pay close attention to detail to pull parts for customer orders Proactively attain a safe and healthy environment for all employees Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules. Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. Requirements of the Purchasing Agent

• 1st shift 9 am- 7 :30pm M-F
• Must pass a 10 panel drug test
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
