This role is responsible for procuring goods and services necessary for company operations by sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing, issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining vendor relationships. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Purchase materials, equipment, supplies, and services Issue and manage purchase orders Track orders and ensure on-time delivery Obtain and compare price quotations Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and accounting departments Source cost savings options on material Coordinate with Parts Runner by scheduling duties based on items needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Purchasing experience is preferred Excellent communication and customer service Organization and multitasking Time Management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) Must have reliable transportation To ensure workplace safety, applicants must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with 1-hour lunch break

From $17.00 per hour
