Our client located in Athol, MA is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join their growing team! Your qualifications for the Strategic Sourcing Analyst position are as follows: 5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience sourcing raw materials, components, and production-related services Technical proficiency including MS Office Suite with advanced MS Excel skills, ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred); Power BI or Tableau experience a plus Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing principles, supplier management, and total cost of ownership concepts Excellent negotiation, communication, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills APICS/ASCM, CPSM, CPM, or other relevant supply chain certification a plus Benefits you will receive as the

Strategic Sourcing Analyst:

Pay based on experience Full-time, direct-hire opportunity For the Strategic Sourcing Analyst position your duties will include: Develop and execute strategies to source high-quality materials, components, and services Issue purchase orders and manage procurement activities to support production requirements Work with internal teams to identify sourcing opportunities, negotiate supplier agreements, improve supplier performance, mitigate risk, and drive continuous cost savings Lead RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations Cultivate strong supplier relationships Maintain accurate records within the ERP system Analyze spend, supplier, inventory, and market data; develop executive-level dashboards and reports; and present recommendations to leadership to support strategic decision-making Other tasks as assigned Do you have strong sourcing experience and a continuous improvement mindset?
