Essential Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing needs.

Generate and issue purchase orders; confirms and coordinates pricing, delivery, and other terms of purchase transaction.

Evaluates vendors based on price, quality, reliability and capability.

Ensure that purchasing documents areplete, accurate, and include appropriate and reasonable terms and conditions.

Maintain pricing histories and other vendor records.

Track order status to ensure timely delivery.

Updatemunicate with other departments on aponent delivery status.

Set up new vendor accounts and maintain supplier database.

Maintain filing system.

Assist in the improvement of department prores.

Generate reports from AX and other systems as required.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications and Skills:
  • Completed Bachelors Degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred.
  • Fully proficient in MS Office & Outlook.
  • D365 experience is a huge plus!
  • Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
  • Excellentanizational skills and attention to detail.
