full-time https://www.hacg.org/pages?id=91 The Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro is seeking a skilled, detail-orientec Procurement & Project Coordinator to join our team! This position will directly support affordable housing development and modernization projects for our agency while ensuring compliance with federal (HUD) state, and local regulations. Responsibilities will include coordinating timelines, budgets, and deliverables for authority - wide projects including overseeing the RFP, RFQ, and invitation-for-bid-process. High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail is required. Knowledge of HUD procurement is a major plus. HACG serves the Goldsboro, NC community and sits about 50 miles east of Raleigh.
