Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Plan and control appropriate levels of inventory to support production, including cycle count program. 2. Initiate, review, and process purchase requisitions. 3. Coordinate with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule. 4. Review and manage change requests from customers, plants, and suppliers; reschedule as necessary. 5. Develop and maintain all master data related to planning, such as safety stock, lead times and lot size. 6. Support inventory management directives. 7. Other duties as assigned. Education/Certification:
Level Required - High school diploma or equivalent Level Desired -
Bachelor's Degree Work Experience:
Required
Entry level Desired
1-3 years of experience in manufacturing
2-5 years of experience in a plastics or fabrication environment

Knowledge of issues and considerations for effectively managing local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods. 9. Knowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations and regulatory requirements associated with safety and protection of the employees, environment and site. Travel Requirements
