Full Job Description Company Overview:

We are a regional field services management company delivering residential property inspections, field services, and property preservation solutions to high-volume lenders, loan servicers, government agencies, GSEs, asset managers, and real estate professionals. Our services cover all aspects of pre-sale and REO inspections, maintenance, repairs, evictions, lien resolution, utility management, code compliance, and more. We help secure and maintain properties to protect asset value and support the successful resale of real estate owned (REO) assets.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sourcing Specialist to help us expand our network of independent contractors who perform property preservation services. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, onboarding, and training contractors who specialize in preserving and maintaining REO properties. You will use various sourcing strategies to connect with qualified vendors and ensure we maintain strong contractor coverage in key service areas to meet our clients' property needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively search for independent contractors experienced in property preservation using online platforms, referrals, phone outreach, and networking. Contact and communicate with prospective contractors to assess qualifications and availability. Guide new contractors through the onboarding process, ensuring completion of all documentation and compliance requirements. Provide an introduction to work expectations, client standards, and service protocols. Maintain and organize contractor leads, contact information, and application statuses. Ensure appropriate contractor coverage in assigned regions to meet service timelines and client expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to address gaps in contractor availability and assist in meeting operational goals. Track and meet performance metrics related to sourcing, onboarding, and coverage fulfillment.

Required Experience:

Previous customer service, outreach, or administrative experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Tools:

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, and task management. Comfortable speaking with prospective contractors over the phone and by email. Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently.

Education:
