Caronex Worldwide Inc. is an established freight forwarding company with over 17 years of experience, located in Buena Park, CA. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Import Clerk to join our team. No prior logistics experience? We welcome eager learners and provide full hands-on training. However, please note that learning freight forwarding from scratch is equivalent to taking on a rigorous new academic curriculum. You will need to process a significant amount of industry terminology, regulatory procedures, and operational systems early on. Strong mental readiness, active engagement, and a commitment to learning like a dedicated student are essential prerequisites for this role.

What You Will Do:

Assist with preparing and reviewing import-related documents. Enter shipment data accurately into our internal operational system. Communicate with ocean/air carriers and logistics partners via email (business email communication training provided). Organize and manage daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Language:

Fluent in both Korean and English (Required).

Education:

High School Diploma required; Associate Degree or Community College graduates preferred.

Skills:

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with strong attention to detail.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (

Pay & Benefits:

Starting Salary:

$43,000 - $60,000 / year (Commensurate with experience and language proficiency). (Structured salary increases as you gain independence in the role).
