Job Summary:

The Claims Analyst is responsible for entering, reviewing, analyzing, and resolving product claims in compliance with established Company standards and procedures.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

(List in order of importance) 1. Receive incoming claims via phone and email; respond promptly and professionally to customers and internal partners. 2. Review claims information and request additional information as needed. 3. Research and investigate product and freight claims to determine validity and appropriate resolution. 4. Manage shipment exceptions and carrier communications. 5. Perform freight invoice audits and billing support. 6. Enter replacement orders as needed. 7. Log all claims in the appropriate systems. 8. Escalate unusual or high value claims to the Claims Manager. 9. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and Education Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required. Claims experience preferred. Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization. Proficiency with computer applications including AS400 and Microsoft Office applications including Excel (pivot tables, xlookup, queries). Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy required.

Pay:

From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
