Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls to appropriate contacts, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers. Other duties may apply as requested by management.

Company Culture Requirements:

Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy Dependable and well-organized Must be computer literate Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills Basic knowledge or Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products

Preferred:

2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast pace environment Freight logistics experience
