You do not need prior trucking or brokerage experience. We will train you. You will begin with load entry, computer work, order accuracy, tracking and customer support, then earn more responsibility as your skills grow. This is a good opportunity for someone who likes organized work, learns software quickly, notices small details and wants a career path—not just a temporary job. What You Will Do Enter customer orders accurately into our transportation management system. Verify pickup and delivery locations, dates, appointment times, weights, reference numbers and special instructions. Track shipments, record updates and help obtain proof-of-delivery documents. Communicate professionally by phone and email with drivers, carriers, customers and coworkers. Identify missing or conflicting information and ask before guessing. Learn the basics of truck brokerage, carrier operations, billing and customer service. What We Are Looking For Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to detail and a genuine concern for accuracy. Comfort using computers, email, web-based programs and Microsoft Office or similar software. Clear, courteous phone and written communication. Ability to stay calm, organize priorities and follow a task through to completion.

Good judgment:

willing to ask questions when information is missing or unclear. High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or an associate degree is helpful but not required. Customer service, banking, medical scheduling, insurance, order entry, warehouse/shipping or office experience is helpful but not required. Your First 60 Days Weeks 1-2: Accurate load entry, terminology, equipment types, appointments and company systems. Weeks 3-4: Tracking, check calls, appointment confirmation and document collection. Weeks 5-6: Routine carrier and customer communication; learn detention, lumper, TONU, rate confirmations and carrier documentation. Weeks 7-8: Shadow an experienced dispatcher/broker and assist with simple loads under supervision.
