Anticipated Hourly Range:
$21 to $25 per hour As a Project Delivery Services Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of construction projects. Working alongside project managers, superintendents, engineers, and trade partners, you'll assist with scheduling, budgeting, project documentation, and progress tracking while helping solve project challenges and drive performance. Through meaningful project assignments and collaboration with experienced construction professionals, you'll develop a broad understanding of project delivery and build the technical, leadership, and professional skills needed for a successful career in the construction industry. The anticipated salary range for this position is $21 to $25 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. What You Bring Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program. Preferred majors/concentrations in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields
Passion and desire to work in the construction industry
Strong communication skills, including a willingness and comfortability to create and maintain relationships by means of cold and warm phone calls.
Goal oriented, with a focus on personal development
Evidence of high academic achievement with current or prior elected leadership experience preferred. Passion and desire to work in the construction industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work optimally with minimum supervision.
