A growing retail organization is seeking a Vice President of IT Operations to lead the technology powering its stores, distribution centers, and corporate operations. Reporting to the CIO, you will: Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, networks, service delivery, and store technology. Modernize operations through automation, observability, and site reliability engineering. Strengthen IT service management, incident response, and operational performance. Build and mentor high-performing teams while managing strategic technology partners. Shape a multiyear technology strategy supporting business growth. Ideal background:

Must have 10+ years in IT infrastructure, operations, or service delivery. Must have 5+ years in senior technology leadership. Must have retail, POS, or distributed multisite operations experience.
