Job Description

The Vice President, Terminal Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a terminal's operational activities, including managing staff, optimizing cargo handling processes, ensuring safety compliance, and achieving operational efficiency to meet strategic goals for the terminal business. The focus is to develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to improve terminal efficiency, cost control, and throughput, aligning with company goals and to deliver on spec fuels safely. Your Role, Your Impact Develop a safety-first culture within the Terminals organization Oversee and manage day-to-day operations Ensure safe, compliant, efficient operations while receiving and delivering on spec products Optimize operational standards and performance across the network Customer focus Responsible for creating a response and evaluation plan for investigating and minimizing human error releases Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Problem solving capabilities Project management skills Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of best practices and Industry standards. Strategic thinking Understanding of operational processes and best practices Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards Financial management skills with experience in budgeting Multitask Talent evaluation Able to be an incident commander for any type of emergency response Bachelor's Degree Engineering degree or related field Pay Range $174,400.00
  • $278,900.
00 The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
