Brightview Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead our senior living community, encompassing independent living, assisted living, and memory care. In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, resident care quality, team performance, and financial outcomes while upholding our culture of compassion, respect, and excellence. You will partner closely with wellness and clinical leaders to design and deliver innovative health and wellness programs tailored to our residents. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare operations expertise, deep knowledge of senior living regulations, and a passion for person-centered care and team development. Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for the community, aligning with Brightview's mission and values. Oversee delivery of high-quality resident care across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Manage community financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and occupancy goals. Ensure compliance with all healthcare, safety, and senior living regulations and standards. Recruit, develop, and mentor department leaders and team members for high engagement and performance. Partner with clinical and wellness teams to enhance health, wellness, and lifestyle programs. Cultivate strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners. Monitor quality metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Uphold a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence in all aspects of operations. Represent Brightview Senior Living in community outreach and marketing activities.
